On behalf of Beverley and Valerie's family, we wanted to express our sincere thanks to you all for your professional and dignified contribution during and after Mum's funeral service on Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and understanding in allowing us to carry Mum. You made a difficult day so much easier for us all.

Just a note to say, a much appreciated thank you goes to you for looking after my mum Margaret Burgess who sadly passed away on 28th June 2015. I have to say you cared and gave my mum the dignity and warmth she so deserved in her passing from this life until eternity.You were very caring and and always there for me and my dad and family. Mum, Liz and Family of the late Mr Thomas Railton Charnley would like to say a very big “THANK YOU” to you all, in the way we were treated. To you, Pamela, the way you spoke to us, guided us through our times of sorrow, our many telephone calls, conversations and visits to the parlour. You were always there listening to us and advising us. On our final day with Dad, you and your staff were amazing. Looking very smart in your hat Pamela (I must say) the dignity in which you directed us all was fantastic. The patience and time that was given to us by your staff. The way the driver looked after my Mum (they certainly formed a bond). Once again, many thanks for everything that you all did.

Please would you accept our thanks for gently helping us over these last weeks, it has been a very difficult time. I took much comfort from visiting the office at different times and comfort from knowing that both Mum and Andrew were safe and at peace in your care. I can still see them both, Mum all comfortable and cosy, and Andrew peaceful and calm. Thank you so much for these memories of my lovely family - you made them beautiful again.
